We run the warehouse, not just the software. PMM takes over storeroom and warehouse operations under contract — receiving through issue, with the staffing, procedures and reporting that come with it.
Most of the warehouses we inherit have the same three problems: the count is wrong, the layout wastes floor space, and the SOPs were written by someone who left years ago. We fix all three, in that order, and we document the result so the improvement survives a change in personnel.

- Warehouse staffing: leads, material handlers and drivers
- Logistics: freight coordination, transportation and distribution
- Emergency response and inventory readiness programs
- Safety compliance and workplace standards in facility design
Nothing improves until the count is trustworthy. We start with a wall-to-wall inventory and re-tag, establish the baseline, and measure everything after that against it.
Layout is a cost line. On one public health warehouse we improved storage density by 30% and freed 1,200 square feet inside the existing building footprint.
