Facility maintenance
Custodial, janitorial and facility support services under contract for public agencies and commercial sites.
Facility maintenance is a staffing and supply chain problem. That is the same problem we solve in a warehouse: put trained people on a schedule, supervise them, keep consumables stocked, and document the work so the client can verify it.
We bid custodial and janitorial contracts on that basis. The crews are ours, the supervision is ours, and the supply replenishment runs on the same inventory discipline as every other PMM contract.

Scope of work
- Custodial and janitorial services under contract
- Day porter and night crew staffing and supervision
- Restroom sanitation and servicing
- Floor care: sweeping, mopping, buffing, carpet care
- Trash and recyclables collection and removal
- Consumable supply management and replenishment
- Grounds, entryway and common area upkeep
- Periodic and deep-clean scheduling
- General facility support services
Also solicited as: janitorial services, custodial services, facility support services, building maintenance services.
Lead, day and night staff are PMM employees on a posted schedule, not a subcontracted chain.
Consumables are stocked to min/max and replenished on a schedule, so the contract does not run out of paper on a Friday.
Task schedules and completion records the contract administrator can audit.
