2014
Developed the Material Management SOP for Phillips66 in Torrance, CA, which became a company-wide best practice.
2016
Secured the first service contract with Phillips66, providing Material Management services. Launched the first version of the EZTRAK Material Management Software during a $50M Phillips66 Turnaround.
2019
Earned first government contracts, simultaneously with the City of Irvine Public Works and the County of San Diego Department of Public Health, providing warehouse management services and inventory software.
2022
Secured the first state and federal government contracts with the California Department of Water Resources and the U.S. Department of Defense, marking the achievement of contracts at all levels of government.
2022
Launched EZTRAK V2, featuring inventory management, asset management, and work order management modules. Landed the first software licensing contracts, independent of service agreements. For the prior 8 years, EZTRAK was offered free of charge, with unlimited revisions to tailor the product to customer needs.
